How group buying works

The old order form, rebuilt as four clear steps. Here's exactly what happens when you join a group buy.

Step 1

Browse products

Explore available research products and active group buys. Search by name, filter by category and see every strength with its price.

  • ✦Every product is offered as a Full kit or a 5-vial Split kit.
  • ✦Group buy status and any closing date are shown up front.

Step 2

Select quantities

Choose the products and quantities needed for your order. Everything goes into one order — adjust or remove items any time before you submit.

  • ✦If you select any Split Kit, you must enter the name of the person you are splitting each kit with. If ordering multiple products or strengths with different people, list each product/strength and the corresponding person's name separately. Split Kit orders without this information will not receive their Split Kit.

Step 3

Submit order

Review your order, enter your name, email and shipping address, and choose Zelle or Cash App. The payment QR code and your order number pop up the moment you submit.

  • ✦A non-negotiable $55 shipping/admin fee applies to all orders unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please account for this fee when placing your order.
  • ✦Include your order number in the payment note. We will confirm once we get payment.

Step 4

Track progress

Follow your order through processing and fulfillment: Awaiting payment → Payment received → Processing → Shipped → Completed.

  • ✦Use Track Order with your order number and email, or sign in to see every order.
  • ✦Tracking numbers are added when your order ships.
